Booking & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is made.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final payment must be cleared before the delivery of photos, videos, albums, or any digital content.
- Prices may vary depending on location, time, and package selection.
Event Requirements & Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate event details such as time, venue, and schedule.
- It is the client’s responsibility to obtain permissions for filming or photography at venues where required.
- Millions Photography is not liable for missed moments caused by restrictions imposed by event organizers, delays, or crowd conditions.
Photo & Video Delivery
- Raw files are not shared unless previously discussed and approved.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the workload, event size, and editing requirements.
- All final content will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or other trusted platforms.
Portfolio Usage Rights
By booking with us, you grant permission to use selected photos and videos for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you do not wish your images to be used publicly, you must inform us during the booking process.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
- If we are unable to cover your event due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued or an alternate photographer will be arranged.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver the highest quality work, we are not responsible for:
- Loss of data due to equipment failure beyond our control.
- Delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
- Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences.
Website Usage
Content on our website including photos, videos, text, logos, and branding is the property of Millions Photography and may not be copied or used without written permission.
